On our Website, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover . Our Mail Order Department (800-622-2092) also accepts personal checks and business checks, as do our Retail Stores. Our Retail Stores also accept cash and traveler's checks.
International Credit Cards - We do not except a credit card that has a billing address outside of the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO.

In some cases, we must employ alternative methods to make sure you get our lowest price. This is because some of our store and Mail Order prices are below what some manufacturers encourage their authorized dealers to advertise. To most of these manufacturers, putting these prices on a website constitutes an advertisement. You will usually be able to tell these items by the price appearing in gray color instead of our usual red. Here are the methods we must use:

In many cases, we can display our lower price only if a customer "asks" for it, since this constitutes a private conversation. That is why you will see the message "Click For Your Price" or "To see your price, add to cart". In this way, you can add the item to your shopping cart and see the actual, low selling price. On products where the manufacturer does not allow this, we can send you an automatic email with our lower price, and a link back to that product with the lower price showing. We know that it is a minor inconvenience, but the alternative is to put a higher price.
Call
If it is not permitted to show a lower price in our shopping cart, or to send you an email with the lower price, than we will ask you to call us for it at 1-800-622-2092.
Price Matching
If you have found a lower price from another authorized dealer, we will try to make sure that you get the best deal. Call us at 1-800-622-2092 and talk to one of our knowledgeable sales reps. Our friendly sales staff is standing by 6 days a week. Shopdigitalonline.com will do our best to meet or beat any authorized competitors' price (on the same unit with proof of advertised price at the time of ordering). Price matching is only applicable to identical conditions of sale, and excludes CD and DVD titles. The item must be in stock at the other authorized dealer (not a floor sample, "open box" item, refurbished or demo piece), not be a club "members price". We naturally do not match other dealer's typographical errors.

Product conditions: We do not guarantee the condition of any product we sell. you may receive a new, refurbished returned or store demo. all product comes with a minimum of a 90 day manufactures warranty.

Areas We Ship To
At the present time, we only ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Shopdigitalonline proudly ships to our Armed Forces APO/FPO customers.

Shipping Options
For most smaller products we ship via FedEx or UPS all options available ground, 3day 2day and next day.
We ship flat screen tvs up to 37 inches via FedEx Ground, or express saver (3days) 2day and overnight not available on these products.
TVs from 38 and bove are shiped via trucking service, available options are,
1)Ground with a tracking #- around a 10-12 buisiness day service a tracking # is emailed so that you may call to schedule a delivery date.
2)3-5 day W/ tracking- 3-5 buisness days from when the product is shiped out which is usualy 1-2 days and a 2-4 hour delivery window is scheduled.
3)1-3 day W/ tracking- 1-3 buisness days from when the product is shiped out which is usualy 1-2 days and a 2-4 hour delivery window is scheduled.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is added to all orders.
Shipping Time
Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.
Estimated shipping times are provided on our website on the individual product listings. For example "usually ships in 1-2 business days", "…3-5 business days", "…5-7 business days". The number of days the order takes to reach you depends upon the shipping method you chose and your location. For example, if you chose an item with an availability of "1-2 business days" and you choose a shipping method of "2 Day Air", your order will reach you in 3 or 4 business days. Ground Shipping can take between 3 and 10 days, depending on what part of the country you are shipping to (East Coast is the shortest, West Coast takes the longest). "Business days" do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Some items may list a stock status of "temporarily out of stock". This means we are waiting for our next shipment from the manufacturer. We receive daily shipments from our various distributors; pre-ordering this item will automatically prioritize your order once we receive this item.
Sales Tax
Shopdigitalonline.com only collects sales tax on orders being shipped to an address within New York State. Sales tax is calculated to be the same as your local New York sales tax. There is no tax collected for orders shipped outside of New York State.
Canadian Orders
Shipping charges include any applicable brokerage fees but do not include duties and GST.
Consult your local government import office if you have questions about duties or GST.
ORDER TRACKING
Go to the ORDER STATUS button at the top of any page and check on the live status of your orders. Find out when they shipped and track their journey to your door. You will be able to view all of your orders, without having to remember order numbers.
Back Ordered Items
Items do sell out. On very rare occasions, even when an item is in stock at the time on order is placed, it might become back-ordered due to too many people placing orders at one time. If this is the case, and you have placed an order, you will receive an automatic email alerting you that this item is Back-Ordered. We place immediate orders with the manufacturer to replenish any item that goes out of stock, and we usually receive them very quickly. Please be assured that we do our best to obtain these for you as quickly as possible.
On some ocasions we drop ship larger orders such as large screen tvs and home apliances directly thru the manufacture and may not find out that the item is on backorder untill they notify us. please be assured we will make every effort to notify as quickly as possible if this should be the case on your order.
Cancel Or Change an Order
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call us immediately at 1-800-622-2092. Emailing is not effective for this purpose, as your order may ship before we can respond to your email.
